Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns of domestic orders within 5 days of the date the order was shipped. If you need to initiate a refund, please email us at chicnbaucy@gmail.com. In the subject line Type- RETURNS

Return package must be post marked no later than 5 days from the date of delivery. Please do not take over a week to ship the items back.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the items.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, do not meet the above criteria or shipped past the 5 day return policy. If this happens you will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY! No exceptions.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Products marked down for SALE cannot be returned. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail you receive.

Please bear in mind some items have a lead time that does not include the shipping time.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the Midwest (Ohio).
