Shipping/Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250.00 in the U.S.

Standard and express options are available for international orders.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select UPS Economy.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

 We accept returns of domestic orders within 5 days of the date the order was shipped.

Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail you receive.

Please bear in mind some items have a lead time that does not include the shipping time.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the Midwest (Ohio).

 International deliveries

International Standard delivery (7–14 business days).

Express delivery (2-4 business days).

 We use a number of different couriers depending on the shipping method you select.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with full details of the shipping agent handling your shipment together with tracking information.

This will enable you to keep a close eye on the whereabouts of your new stylish pieces before they arrive safely to you.

Please note shipping fee refers to the cost of initial shipping exclusively. Any possible additional charges (i.e. import tax, redelivery charge, etc.) do not fall under our liability.

 Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
